Tea Returns Policy

At Mouya, your satisfaction is our priority. While we take great care to ensure the quality of our teas, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle tea returns:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Returns are accepted for unopened tea packages within 14 days of delivery.
    • If you receive damaged, incorrect, or defective items, please contact us immediately for assistance.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Opened or used tea packages cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
    • Custom tea blends are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
  3. How to Process a Return:

  4. Refunds:
